The Four-Tier Status Classification
Every figure stated on this site must carry one of four unambiguous status tags:
Statutory notification signed by the President or competent authority (e.g. 7th CPC Revised Pay Rules 2016, 60% DA OM, CCS Commutation Table II).
Mathematically confirmed by statutory indices (e.g. 63% July 2026 DA confirmed by AICPI-IW math) awaiting formal Union Cabinet sign-off. Never presented as a final order until notified.
Formal memorandum or petition submitted by recognized federations (NC-JCM, BPMS, AIDEF). Always accompanied by the disclaimer: "This is a demand, not a decision."
Economic forecast or historical precedent (e.g. 2.57× 7th CPC factor) provided for comparative analysis.
